GMC INCENTIVE

All employees are eligible for monthly GMC incentives outlined below if they meet the specified requirements.

Commission Based Employees
● Bonus of $375 month for a 2014-2017 black GMC Sierra 1500
● Bonus raised to $425 monthly for a 2018 or newer black GMC Sierra 1500
● Bonus raised to $475 monthly for a 2015 or newer black GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel Denali
All commission based employees with a rolling $1.25M+ in sales for 2025 will get $125 added to their monthly base.

Office Staff
● Bonus of $175 month for a 2014-2017 black GMC Sierra 1500
● Bonus raised to $200 monthly for a 2018 or newer black GMC Sierra 1500
● Bonus raised to $225 monthly for a 2015 or newer black GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel Denali

Requirements:
1. Must maintain company logos on the truck; two side windows and rear tailgate.
2. Must meet specific sales goals of
a. $50,000 in approved sales within a single calendar month, or
b. An average of $50,000 per month in approved sales for the current calendar
year, or
c. A rolling total of $1.25 million in approved sales.
3. For the first three months of employment, regardless of sales, new hires are eligible for
the incentive (applies to commission based employees only).

Administration
● Eligibility is evaluated monthly by the Finance department.
● Incentives will be paid the following month on the bonus payroll date.
● Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in removal of the incentive until
requirements are re-met.

Referral Program

A referral bonus of up to $5K is paid to you if a referred candidate is hired and sells in excess of $300K within the first year of employment
Payout occurs once the $300K sales threshold is reached and HR is notified.
Please let HR know if you are referring a candidate when they apply so you can qualify for the bonus when their sales goal is reached.

Abby John (HR) must be notified within 6 months when the referral hits the sales threshold.
Rehires are NOT eligible for the Referral Program
